We started EmplAI because HR teams were spending the whole month fixing attendance sheets instead of looking after people. Data sat in spreadsheets anyone could open, approvals happened over messages, and manpower planning was a guess made after the fact.
EmplAI replaces that with one secure platform: attendance arrives from biometric devices and the mobile app, approvals move on their own, payroll uses verified data, and every record is visible only to the people who should see it.
