Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of EmplAI, a human resource management platform provided by InfozIT Solutions, part of the Kapil Group of Companies.

By creating an account, signing an order form, or using EmplAI, your organisation agrees to these terms.

Your organisation appoints administrators who set up users, roles and access rules. You are responsible for keeping credentials safe and for the actions taken under your accounts.

Each named user account is for one person. Sharing logins weakens the audit trail and is not permitted.

EmplAI is licensed on a subscription basis, priced by active employees and the modules enabled, as set out in your order form.

Invoices are payable within the agreed period. Continued non-payment may lead to suspension after written notice.

Changes in employee count are reconciled at the agreed billing cycle.

Use EmplAI only for lawful people-management purposes within your organisation.

Do not attempt to breach access controls, reverse engineer the platform, resell access, upload malicious files, or use the service to store data unrelated to employment administration.

Where you enable location or field tracking, you are responsible for informing employees and obtaining any consent the law requires.

Your organisation owns its data. We process it only to deliver the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data entered and for the lawfulness of collecting it.

We aim for high availability and provide planned-maintenance notice in advance wherever possible.

Support is provided by email and through your implementation contact during business hours, with priority handling for issues that block payroll or attendance.

The EmplAI Android and iOS apps are licensed for use by your employees for the duration of your subscription and are subject to these terms and the relevant app store rules.

EmplAI, its interface, workflows, documentation and branding remain the property of InfozIT Solutions. Your subscription grants a right to use, not ownership.

Feedback you share may be used to improve the product without obligation, and never contains your identifiable employee data.

EmplAI supports your HR and payroll decisions but does not replace professional legal, tax or statutory advice. Final responsibility for statutory filings rests with your organisation.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Either party may end the subscription at the end of the agreed term with written notice.

On termination we make your data available for export, then return or delete it on request, subject to statutory retention requirements.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction.
